To Measure for Wrist: Measure your wrist and depending how tight you would like we recommend 0-1/2 inch. Example. My wrist measures 6.75 inches and a 6.75 inch bracelet fits tight with no sliding. If you want a tad be of slighting and not super tight we recommend ordering 1/4 to 1/2 size larger than your measurement.
To measure for anklet: Wrap a flexible tape measure around you ankle above the ankle bone. Start by adding 1/2". Flex your foot to make sure the cuff wont bind. Usually about 1/2" larger than your ankle measurement will be most comfortable.
