Refund policy

Refund Policy: 15% restocking fee on all returns, items may be returned or exchanged for like items within 30 days. We cannot accept returns on items that may pose a health risk such as items that come in contact with bodily fluids whether used or not Buyer pays return shipping. Return items must be new and unworn in the original packaging.

We guarantee the functionality of our products and will gladly replace products that arrive defective so long as buyer returns defective product to us within 14 days of purchase. Buyer pays return shipping.

Exchange Policy:  We allow exchanges, for like items within 30 days. We cannot accept returns on items that may pose a health risk such as items that come in contact with bodily fluids whether used or not Buyer pays return shipping. Return items must be new and unworn in the original packaging. Exchanges subject to a $5 exchange fee for small items (handcuffs, legirons, collars) and a $15 exchange fee for large items (cangues, shrew's fiddles, items 4 pounds and up). Exchanges are generally processed within 24-48 hours of us receiving the item back 

(Example: If you order a collar in size 16 and it is to small you can contact us to ensure we have the size that you would like to exchange for as long as it is within 30 days and the collar has only been tried on. We ask for a 10 dollar exchange fee that you include when you return the item. Must be returned in its original packaging. Include a note with your order number and the new size of the collar you would like.)
