How will my order be displayed on my credit card statement?

What Information will be on the Shipping label 

Domestic orders The label will say, Shipping Department with the return address. It will NOT include any pricing information!

Do you accept custom orders?

We do not accept custom orders.

Requirements to Exchange an item

Exchange Policy:  We allow exchanges, for like items within 30 days. We cannot accept returns on items that may pose a health risk such as items that come in contact with bodily fluids whether used or not Buyer pays return shipping. Return items must be new and unworn in the original packaging. Exchanges subject to a $10 exchange fee for small items (handcuffs, legirons, collars) and a $15 exchange fee for large items (cangues, shrew's fiddles, items 4 pounds and up). Exchanges are generally processed within 24-48 hours of us receiving the item back 

(Example: If you order a collar in size 16 and it is to small you can contact us to ensure we have the size that you would like to exchange for as long as it is within 30 days and the collar has only been tried on. We ask for a 10 dollar exchange fee that you include when you return the item. Must be returned in its original packaging. Include a note with your order number and the new size of the collar you would like.) 

International exchanges will be responsible for shipping both ways.

 How do I cancel an order?

Email us right away at ClawfootProductions@gmail.com. We ship very quickly, usually within hours of your cleared payment. If we cannot cancel your order before it goes out, it may be returned, buyer pays return shipping.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns within 21 days, there is 20% Restocking Fee. Items must be new and in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping. We cannot accept returns on items that may pose a health risk such as items that come in contact with bodily fluids. 

We accept returns on defective items for 14 days. If we receive an item that is deemed not defective it will be returned to you.

Do you ship internationally? International Shipping Policies - See Below 

Yes, the majority of items are available to ship internationally. PLEASE 

We ship worldwide.

  • If an international shipment is returned by the post office the item will be refunded. The shipping will not be refunded.
  • International exchanges will be responsible for shipping both ways.

PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
